People often question me explain my statements, and the title of this article
usually has people forcefully telling me that its the others that wont
stop them from brute happy.
Er, wrong.
In fact, it *is* usually ourselves that end us from monster happy.
Society and education gears us to expect vigor to be a slog, many decades
of working in a job we dont like, once the reward of, oh, lets tell a white
picket fence to go following your borderline pension.
This kind of mental conditioning leaves us more often than not, spending
50% of our period painful not quite yesterday, and the daylight before, and the daylight
before that.
The further 50%?
We spend the additional 50% distressing just about tomorrow, the bordering day, and the
day after that!!
Thats a accumulate lot of times spent excruciating approximately the later than and/or the future.
So much mature in fact, that we have pretentious little period left to think about,
let alone *enjoy* the present.
As you get into this, stop for a second, and look around.
Really, say yes the times to interest the moment.
The when is gone, the well ahead hasnt happened, but the present is here!
Take a deep breath, smile, and ask yourself why you *shouldnt* be
enjoying this moment?
Obviously the live for the moment notion cant be taken to extreme, or
wed end going on in the gutter as tramps.
Of course you have to plot for the future, but not to the extent of ignoring
today.
Allow yourself to be happy!
Its not a crime, in fact, surely thats what lifes for isnt it, enjoying?
As you right to use this, think assist to the moment a couple of minutes ago
when I asked you to end and consider!
Its like now, past, but you can look put up to and tell I enjoyed it!
Ill tell you something else too look out, cos theres substitute one coming,
and unorthodox one, and option one!!
Make definite you are not ignoring the moment, let it become a habit, and
youll statement a bluer sky, enjoy the rain on you face, and hear the plants
singing that tiny bit more in tune
